Pricing
The displayed prices for our products and services are inclusive of GST levied in New Zealand. Unless otherwise displayed all transactions are processed in NZD.
Shipping & Delivery
Floorwise delivers our beautiful products all over New Zealand. If applicable, exact shipping costs will be calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.
Customer Service
We’re committed to providing a professional yet friendly customer service. Our standard dispatch timeframes are between 1-3 business days. Returns
We hope you are never disappointed with your Floorwise order. If a product purchased from this website is found to be faulty, please get in touch with us and we’ll sort out an exchange or refund for you promptly. Bear in mind that we cannot provide refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.
Where goods have been accepted by us, for credit or refund, then they must be returned to this Floorwise store at your expense, in original condition and packaging. The head office ‘returns’ address is Floorwise, 138C Railside Avenue, Henderson, Auckland but we will confirm with you where your order is to be returned to. We strongly recommend that you email any postal receipt to admin@floorwise.co.nz so that we can note the expected return in our ‘returns schedule’.
